Role Description The RMO (Resident Medical Officer) role at Designer Bodyz is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The RMO will oversee day-to-day patient care, including conducting initial assessments, monitoring pre- and post-operative patients, and documenting clinical findings accurately.

Responsibilities include coordinating with surgeons and nursing staff, assisting during procedures when required, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and managing emergency responses within the hospital. The RMO will also handle routine ward rounds, manage patient queries,



support discharge planning, and maintain complete and compliant medical records.

Qualifications

- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Experience in hospital-based care, preferably in surgery, cosmetic or plastic surgery, or related specialties.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills, including handling pre- and post-operative cases.
- Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing staff, and administrative teams.
- Excellent documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills for interacting with patients and families.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced setting and managing emergency situations calmly and effectively.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by hospital operations.
- Prior experience in aesthetic or cosmetic care settings is an advantage but not mandatory.
