Role Description The RMO (Resident Medical Officer) will work full time on-site at Designer Bodyz in Mumbai, providing continuous medical support within the hospital. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting initial patient assessments, monitoring pre- and post-operative patients, managing routine clinical tasks, and assisting senior surgeons and anesthetists as needed. The RMO will handle documentation, maintain patient records, support emergency care, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards.

This role also involves coordinating with nursing and administrative teams,



communicating clearly with patients and families, and helping maintain a safe, ethical, and patient-centered workplace.

Qualifications

- Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid registration with the appropriate medical council.
- Experience in hospital-based practice, preferably in surgery, anesthesia, or critical care; exposure to cosmetic or plastic surgery settings is an advantage.
- Strong clinical assessment, patient monitoring, and basic emergency management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation and comply with hospital protocols, safety, and infection control standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with a patient-focused, ethical approach to care and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
- Comfort with using hospital information systems and basic digital tools for patient records and reporting.
- Commitment to ongoing learning in aesthetic medicine and adherence to evidence-based, non-misleading treatment practices.
