- Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain the Zoho CRM system and ensure data accuracy and governance.
- Set up and manage investment deals, sales pipelines, campaigns, leads, and workflows.
- Ensure proper CRM governance and maintain the boundary between *CRM and AIMS.
- Review and control CRM changes, testing, approvals, releases, and rollback plans.
- Maintain change logs, process documentation, and internal CRM guidelines.
- Manage CRM data imports, bulk uploads, migrations, backups, and data verification.
- Identify and resolve *duplicate records, missing information, data errors, and recurring CRM issues.
- Manage integrations with Email, WhatsApp, Marketing Automation, Analytics, and other business tools.
- Create and maintain CRM reports, dashboards, and MIS.




- Ensure proper lead source tracking and automatic lead allocation to the relevant salesperson.
- Manage the Fund Raising- Investor Relations handover to ensure complete investor information and smooth transition.
- Manage CRM user access, onboarding, role-based permissions, and access removal.
- Provide CRM training and day-to-day technical support to internal teams.
- Support data privacy requests and CRM-related security incidents.
- Coordinate with external CRM vendors and manage vendor access, contracts, deliverables, and offboarding.
- Monitor CRM usage and work with teams to improve CRM adoption and process compliance.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues
