Ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue transactions including rebates, discounts and royalties. Post manual journals and maintain proper documentation and support for all entries.

Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Categorise revenue effectively to facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes.

Actively participate in transformational finance projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in financial processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial information and provide insights for decision-making.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including variance analysis and management reporting.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

Support the Controlling Director in ad-hoc tasks and projects as required including SAP enhancements and fixes currently included on the change plan.

Support internal and external audit processes.

Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reporting.

Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with IFRS 15 and company accounting policies.

Own the month-end revenue close process, ensuring all revenue-related journals,



accruals, and reconciliations are completed accurately and on time.

Prepare detailed revenue analysis, including volume, price, mix, and margin performance.

Calculate royalties, rebates and discounts on a monthly basis.

Deliver insightful reporting packs and executive summaries for senior leadership.

Monitor revenue trends and identify risks, opportunities, and emerging issues.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Skilled certification such as CA, CMA, or equivalent.

8+ years of experience in management accounting, preferably revenue, in a manufacturing or multinational environment.

Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced MS Excel skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of being a proactive and engaged team player.

Experience in leading or participating in finance transformation projects is highly desirable.

Ability to adapt to change and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
