About The Role

Arbour is looking for a Revenue Operations & CRM Executive to take ownership of its CRM ecosystem, primarily Zoho, with a solid focus on CRM governance, data accuracy, integrations, reporting, change control and data security.

The role will work directly with the COO and will be responsible for ensuring the CRM remains accurate, secure, well-governed and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and govern the Zoho CRM system.
- Maintain the CRM–AIMS data boundary and monitor discrepancies.
- Configure and test CRM changes in a sandbox before production release.
- Maintain change logs, approvals and rollback plans.
- Set up investment deals, sales pipelines and marketing campaigns.
- Manage bulk imports, data migrations, backups and data quality.
- Identify and resolve recurring CRM issues at the root cause.
- Integrate CRM with email, WhatsApp,



marketing automation and analytics.
- Build CRM reports and dashboards.
- Ensure leads are correctly sourced and automatically routed.
- Manage Fund Raising → Investor Relations handover workflows.
- Handle CRM access, onboarding, offboarding and role-based permissions.
- Support data privacy and personal-data requests.
- Coordinate with external CRM vendors and manage their access/contracts.
- Provide day-to-day CRM support and troubleshooting.

Must-Have Profile
- 3–6 years of hands-on CRM management experience.
- Experience with Zoho CRM or a comparable CRM.
- Ideally from financial services or another regulated workplace.
- Strong understanding of CRM/Data Governance.
- Experience with CRM testing, change management and rollback processes.
- Exposure to CRM integrations, reporting and automation.
- Understanding of data privacy and personal-data handling.
- Vendor/contract management experience.
- Strong ownership and stakeholder-management skills
