Job Overview

We are looking for freshers between 18 and 23 years of age to work as Retail Store Staff.

Your main work will be to help with daily store activities such as arranging products, checking stock, keeping the store organised, and helping customers when needed.

Freshers can apply. No previous work experience is required. Training will be provided.

Your Main Work

- Arrange products properly on store shelves.
- Refill products when shelves are empty.
- Receive and organise new stock.
- Check whether products are available.
- Keep shelves and the store area clean and organised.
- Help customers find products when required.
- Identify damaged or misplaced products and inform the manager.
- Follow the instructions given by the store manager.
- Follow store rules and safety guidelines.
- Work with the store team and help with daily activities.

Requirements

- Age: 18 to 23 years
- Fresher candidates only.
- No previous work experience required.
- Basic communication skills.
- Basic smartphone knowledge.
- Must be responsible and punctual.
- Comfortable standing and doing regular store work.
- Able to follow instructions.
- Able to work properly with a team.

Training Process Shortlisted candidates must attend 7 days of practical training within 24 hours of being shortlisted at a referred store near their home.

The training will help you understand:

- How the store works
- Your daily responsibilities
- Product and stock handling
- The working environment

Depending on available vacancies and your preferred work area, training may be provided at Blinkit, Instamart, Vishal Mega Mart, JioMart, or DMart. Training is paid.



You will be paid for the actual time you spend at the store during training.

You do not have to pay any fee for training.

Your performance during training will be checked, including the required PPI score. Candidates who successfully complete the training and achieve the required PPI score can proceed with the joining process.

- The referred store is only for practical training.
- Your final job location will NOT be the training store.
- Your actual job location and other job details will be shared separately after the training and selection process.
