Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role based in Karimnagar.

The Retail Store

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, stock management, and ensuring adherence to company policies. The role involves leading and coaching store staff, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and driving initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability goals. The manager maintains high standards of customer service, resolves escalations,



and ensures a welcoming and safe shopping environment for families. Additional responsibilities include monitoring retail loss prevention measures, preparing sales and inventory reports, coordinating with regional and head office teams, and supporting local marketing or promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Customer-focused skills: Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through strong Customer Service and effective Communication.
- Operational management skills: Experience in Store Management, including staff supervision, inventory handling, and daily retail operations.
- Risk and compliance skills: Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Relevant experience: Prior experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar supervisory role in retail, preferably in kids, baby, or lifestyle segments.
- Additional qualifications: Strong leadership and people management skills, proficiency in basic MS Office and POS systems, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
