Key Responsibilities

Training &Development;

Manage and deliver new-hire training across assigned brands.

Plan and organize product training in collaboration with product heads and buyers.

Ensure store teams remain updated and trained on relevant products and offerings.

Deliver training programs focused on enhancing customer service and customer experience.

Support Operations in grooming employees for growth opportunities and development programs.

Assist Training Managers in administering and managing training programs across brands.

Support both virtual and face-to-face training delivery as required.

Attend training sessions with senior trainers and assist with training delivery.

Facilitate communication with store teams on all aspects of training.

Training MIS & Reporting

Maintain and take ownership of training MIS across assigned brands.

Ensure training data is accurately captured and maintained.

Prepare regular training reports, dashboards, and analysis for stakeholders.

Track training completion, participation,



and effectiveness.

Analyse training data and identify areas requiring improvement.

Customer Experience &Audits;

Monitor compliance with established customer-service standards.

Conduct periodic internal customer-experience audits.

Coordinate with Mystery Audit Agencies for store audits.

Prepare store audit reports and conduct periodic analysis.

Analyse customer feedback received through internal and external platforms.

Identify customer-experience gaps and assist in developing and executing action plans to address them.

Learning Content

Prepare and update training content for the Learning Management System (LMS).

Develop content for direct training delivery.

Ensure learning material remains relevant, engaging, and aligned with business requirements.

Demonstrate a digital-first approach toward learning and training initiatives.
