Job Title: Retail Store Assistant

Location: Golwins,Coimbatore (within 10 km radius)

Salary: ₹18,000–₹22,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days a week)

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-friendly Retail Store Assistant to join our bicycle store. This role combines retail sales, customer service, inventory management, and basic digital marketing.

Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Store Operations

- Welcome customers and assist them in choosing bicycles, accessories, and cycling gear.
- Explain product features and benefits.
- Process sales, billing, and customer orders.
- Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays.
- Handle stock receiving, inventory updates, and stock organization.
- Assist with bicycle deliveries and customer follow-ups when required.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Managing our E-commerce Platform, Adding Product Details
- Create and upload Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business posts.
- Reply to basic customer enquiries received through social media and WhatsApp.
- Coordinate with the store owner on promotions, offers, and campaigns.




- Maintain Google Business Profile updates and encourage customer reviews.

Desired Skills
- Valuable communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets) is preferred.
- Interest in bicycles, fitness, or outdoor sports is a plus.

Qualifications
- Any degree or diploma preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or digital marketing.
- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
