Position: Retail Staff Experience: 1+ Year Location: The Organic World Stores Industry: Retail / Supermarket / Grocery Key Responsibilities:Assist customers and provide excellent shopping experience. Arrange, stock, and replenish products on shelves. Ensure cleanliness and proper display of merchandise.
Support billing, packing, and cash counter activities when required. Monitor product availability and inform supervisors about stock shortages. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
Follow store SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, supermarket, or grocery stores. Positive communication and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of billing and inventory handling.
Ability to work in rotational shifts. Kannada and basic English communication preferred. Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
