Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to handle property sales, generate leads, interact with customers, conduct site visits, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and handle leads through calls, walk-ins, online enquiries, and references.
- Understand customers’ requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and offers to customers.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert leads into bookings.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with CRM, presales, legal, finance, and other internal teams.
- Maintain daily sales reports,



lead status, and follow-up records.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated about market trends, competitor projects, and property prices.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
- Ability to work with sales targets.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Previous experience in real estate/property sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
