- Manage counter sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service and meeting targets.
- Oversee showroom sales activities, including product demonstrations and promotions.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or related field (counter sales, furniture sales).
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech in Computers).
- Solid communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common objectives.
