Role Description The Retail Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dehradun. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through the candy selection to create an enjoyable and personalized shopping experience.

Responsibilities include managing daily sales activities, processing transactions, handling cash and digital payments accurately, and maintaining attractive product displays and store cleanliness.

The Retail Sales

Executive will also monitor stock levels, assist with inventory replenishment,



and support promotional campaigns to increase footfall and sales. This role requires collaborating with team members and adhering to company policies to uphold House of Candy’s service and brand standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and promote products effectively.
- Excellent Customer Service and Relationship Building skills to create positive, long-term customer connections.
- Clear and confident Communication skills for interacting with diverse customers and team members.
- Basic numeracy and point-of-sale (POS) handling skills, with attention to detail in cash and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a rapid-paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in retail or FMCG environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school education; additional training in sales or retail operations is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a customer-centric mindset, with an interest in confectionery products.
