HunyHuny is looking for a friendly and energetic Retail Sales Executive for our Gurgaon store. You will welcome parents, show them our premium baby furniture and maternity items, and manage daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet walk-in parents, understand their needs, and guide them in choosing the best baby and maternity products.
Product Demonstrations: Explain and demonstrate features and safety standards of items like cots, cribs, and strollers.
Sales Targets: Drive in-store sales, upsell items, and work to meet monthly goals. Billing & POS: Handle counter billing, point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and the cash register.
Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, manage visual displays, and track stock inventory levels.
Support:
Answer customer questions and help coordinate basic after-sales service.
Requirements &
Skills Experience: 1 to 6 years of experience in retail or counter sales.
Education: 12th pass or higher qualification.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a warm, approachable personality for parents.
Core Skills: Customer handling, product demonstrations, and basic inventory or computer/POS knowledge.
Availability: Comfortable working adaptable retail shifts and weekends (6 days working).
