Retail Sales Associate – Jewellery

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

- Explain product features, designs, pricing, offers and policies.

- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business/referrals.

- Maintain proper jewellery display and showroom standards.

- Follow company SOPs related to customer handling, jewellery security and sales processes.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.

- 0–3 years of experience in jewellery/retail sales; freshers can also apply.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Well-groomed, presentable and customer-focused.

- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

- Jewellery industry experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
