Explain gold, diamond, jewellery quality, pricing and making charges.
Generate sales and achieve individual targets. Convert enquiries and walk-in customers into sales. Follow up with customers for pending enquiries and orders. Build long-term customer relationships. Coordinate with billing and back-office teams.
Maintain professional showroom standards and customer service.
We Are Looking For 0–3 years of experience in Gold Jewellery Retail Sales / Counter Sales . Good knowledge of gold and diamond jewellery. Strong customer handling and sales conversion skills. Good Gujarati communication.
