We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our Puma store team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards as per brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Ensure proper product display as per VM guidelines
- Handle billing and POS operations accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory checks
- Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize sales
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns effectively
- Follow company policies and operational procedures
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
- Customer-oriented approach
- Sales-driven and target-focused
- Presentable personality
- Basic knowledge of billing software / POS
- Team player with positive attitude
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
