Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role based in Madurai.

The Retail Store

Manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory control, and cash management. The role involves leading and coaching the store team, ensuring high standards of customer service, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. The manager is responsible for meeting sales targets, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety. The role also includes monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers,



preparing basic reports, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

- Solid customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and management.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including daily operations, staff supervision, and sales monitoring.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to reduce shrinkage and protect store assets.
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and make decisions independently.
- Comfort with basic computer use and point-of-sale systems.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education in business or retail management is an advantage.
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
