Job Summary

We are looking for a Retail Pharmacy Head to oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy and coordinate pharmacy-related activities with the hospital and clinical teams. The candidate should have relevant hospital pharmacy experience and knowledge of pharmacy operations, stock management, documentation, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of the retail pharmacy.
- Coordinate pharmacy staff and allocate routine responsibilities.
- Monitor medicine and medical-supply stock levels.
- Maintain proper records for purchases, sales, receipts, and stock movement.
- Check expiry dates, batch details, and storage conditions of medicines.
- Coordinate with hospital departments regarding pharmacy requirements.
- Support timely availability of prescribed medicines and supplies.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate corrective action.
- Assist with purchase planning and vendor coordination.




- Maintain pharmacy-related registers, invoices, and documentation.
- Ensure pharmacy activities follow applicable hospital procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Support staff training and routine operational coordination.
- Handle routine pharmacy-related queries and escalate issues when required.

Eligibility

- D.Pharm / B.Pharm or relevant pharmacy qualification as applicable.
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience is required.
- Experience managing retail pharmacy operations and pharmacy staff is preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory, billing, stock records, and pharmacy documentation.
- Valuable communication and team-coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners required.
