Role Description The Resume Writer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

The Resume

Writer will work directly with job seekers and professionals to develop tailored, industry-aligned resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles that highlight their strengths and align with target roles. Daily responsibilities include gathering information through interviews or questionnaires, analyzing job descriptions, and translating client experience into clear, impactful, and keyword-optimized documents. The role involves collaborating with recruitment and consulting teams to understand market trends and employer expectations,



maintaining consistent quality and formatting standards, and meeting deadlines for multiple client projects.

The Resume

Writer will also provide guidance on career branding and basic interview preparation materials as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and skilled resumes and related documents.
- Experience in content structuring and formatting, including creating ATS-friendly resumes, cover letters, and professional profiles.
- Ability to research job roles, industry requirements, and relevant keywords to align client resumes with current market standards.
- Familiarity with career services, recruitment processes, or HR practices, especially within IT, software development, or consulting domains.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, including the ability to conduct structured information-gathering sessions and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple assignments and meet agreed timelines.
- Comfort with using common office and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and online job platforms such as LinkedIn.
