Role Description The Restaurant Operations Manager – Wayanad will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. This full time, on-site role based in Thrissur involves managing staff schedules, supervising front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain inventory and quality. The role includes monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and implementing operational improvements in alignment with company policies and brand standards.

The manager will handle guest feedback, support training and development of team members, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with senior management to plan promotions, special events, and enhance the overall guest experience is also expected.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong restaurant operations and team management skills, including experience overseeing daily service, staff supervision, and workflow coordination.

- Relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Ability to work on-site in Thrissur, with flexibility to manage shifts, weekends, and peak business hours.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
