Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across our restaurant and food and beverage outlets. This hands-on role is responsible for leading the team, maintaining service and safety standards, driving sales, managing delivery operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily restaurant and food and beverage operations, including service, quality, cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and presentation.
- Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and motivate staff while managing performance, attendance, grooming, discipline, and development.
- Drive sales through promotions, customer engagement, digital marketing, social media, and delivery platforms.
- Manage delivery operations, order flow, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, labor, costs, wastage, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, purchasing, accounting, marketing, and management teams.
- Resolve operational and customer issues promptly and implement improvements that support efficiency, profitability, and service quality.




- Lead by example and take ownership of restaurant performance and business targets.

Qualifications
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food and beverage management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced workplace.
- Experience with scheduling, cost control, delivery platforms, or digital marketing is an asset.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operating standards.
- Comfortable working with sales reports, operational metrics, and performance targets.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain flexible availability.
