Monitor staff grooming, discipline and adherence to SOPs. Coordinate billing and POS-related activities. Support opening and closing procedures. Monitor food and service quality standards. Assist in managing staff attendance and shift allocation.
Monitor restaurant supplies and report shortages. Prepare and maintain basic daily operational reports. Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and customer-service targets.
