Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Resource Management Lead to oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, utilization tracking, and demand fulfillment across IT projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders, delivery managers, recruitment teams, and stakeholders to ensure optimal utilization of resources while supporting project delivery and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end resource planning and allocation across multiple IT projects and accounts.
- Collaborate with delivery managers and business leaders to understand project demand and staffing requirements.
- Monitor resource utilization, bench management, and capacity planning to maintain optimal workforce efficiency.
- Analyze skill availability and identify gaps to support hiring, training, and upskilling initiatives.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill project requirements within agreed timelines.
- Track resource movements including onboarding, offboarding, project transitions, and internal transfers.
- Maintain resource management dashboards, reports, and forecast data for leadership reviews.




- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, client requirements, and workforce planning guidelines.
- Facilitate regular governance meetings with stakeholders to review demand pipeline, resource availability, and utilization metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in resource management processes and tools.
- Support budgeting and workforce forecasting activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resource-related escalations and resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Management, PMO, Delivery Management, or IT Staffing.
- Solid understanding of IT technologies, project life cycles, and delivery models.
- Experience managing resources across technologies such as Cloud, Data Engineering, Software Development, Infrastructure, Networking, and Support Services.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, AI tools or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix organizational environment.
- Experience with resource management tools, ATS, ERP, or workforce planning platforms is preferred.
