Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day resin casting production activities.

- Handle resin mixing, casting, mould preparation, and curing processes.

- Ensure production work is carried out as per drawings and process requirements.

- Monitor manpower and allocate work to operators and technicians.

- Check quality at each stage of the casting process.

- Ensure proper use and handling of resin, hardener, and other materials.

- Maintain production records and report daily production status.

- Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Maintenance teams.

- Ensure workplace safety and proper use of PPE.

- Identify production issues and take corrective action in coordination with the Production Manager.

Qualification & Experience:

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.

- 2–5 years of experience in resin casting, transformer manufacturing, or similar production work.

- Practical knowledge of resin casting processes and production supervision.

- Good team-handling and communication skills

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
