Role Overview

We are looking for a Resource Augmentation Head to own and scale our staff augmentation business end to end. You will be responsible for client staffing fulfilment, bench management, and the overall P&L; of the resource augmentation practice, while building a repeatable engine for sourcing, deploying, and retaining talent against client demand across technology, AI, and data roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the resource augmentation P&L;: revenue, margin, utilisation, and bench cost across all active client engagements.

- Build and manage a scalable fulfilment engine to source, screen, and deploy talent against client requirements at speed and quality.

- Partner with sales and account management teams to forecast demand, shape staffing proposals,



and negotiate commercial terms for augmentation engagements.

- Manage bench strategically: minimise idle time through proactive redeployment, upskilling, and demand-supply planning.

- Own client relationships for staffing accounts; ensure SLAs on fulfilment turnaround time, quality, and retention are consistently met.

- Build and lead a team of talent acquisition, delivery, and account managers dedicated to the resource augmentation line of business.

- Define and track key metrics: time-to-fill, attrition, client satisfaction, bench ageing, and margin per resource.

- Put in place vendor and partner networks to supplement direct sourcing where needed and manage vendor commercials and quality.

- Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and background-verification requirements for all deployed resources.

- Own internal tool and scale it.

Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in staff augmentation, IT resourcing, talent supply chain, or technology staffing, with a strong track record of owning delivery and commercial outcomes.

- Demonstrated experience managing a staffing or augmentation P&L;, including revenue, margin, and utilisation metrics.





- Proven ability to build and scale fulfilment processes for high-volume, time-sensitive client requirements.

- Strong understanding of technology, AI, and data hiring markets: roles, skill trends, and compensation benchmarks.

- Experience managing bench strategy, redeployment, and workforce planning at scale.

- Track record of managing client relationships and staffing SLAs for enterprise accounts.

- Experience building and leading teams across talent acquisition, delivery, and account management.

- Working knowledge of compliance, contracts, and statutory requirements relevant to staff augmentation and contract workforce.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a technology services, IT consulting, or AI/data staffing organisation.

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), vendor management systems (VMS), and workforce analytics tools.

- Experience working with clients in the Middle East or other international markets.

- Exposure to niche or emerging skill hiring, such as agentic AI, GenAI, or data science talent.

- MBA or equivalent qualification in HR, business, or a related field.
