POST : RMO (Residential Medical Officer ) in the Paediatrics Department

nEducational Qualification : MBBS degree

nRequired Experience : Minimum 3 years working experience in any Reputed multispecialty hospital.

nRoles & Responsibilities -

nProvide comprehensive medical care to neonatal, pediatric, and adolescent patients in OPD, IPD, and emergency services.

nAssess, diagnose, and initiate appropriate treatment under the supervision of pediatric consultants.

nMonitor patients’ clinical condition and maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

nManage pediatric and neonatal emergencies in accordance with hospital protocols.

nAssist consultants in patient management and pediatric procedures.

nPerform routine clinical procedures as per training and hospital policy.

nOrder and interpret diagnostic investigations and implement appropriate treatment plans.





nCounsel parents and caregivers regarding treatment, immunization, nutrition, growth, and follow-up care.

nCoordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

nParticipate in ward rounds, rotational shifts, night duties, and on-call responsibilities.

nEnsure adherence to hospital policies, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.

nContribute to clinical audits, continuous medical education (CME), and quality improvement initiatives.

nRemuneration will not be a constraint for the deserving candidates.
