Position: Reservation Executive

Industry: Resort / Hospitality

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Experience: Only candidates with relevant Resort/Hotel Reservation experience

We are looking for an experienced Reservation Executive with hands-on experience in resort/hotel reservations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle room reservation inquiries through calls, emails and online channels.
- Manage new bookings, cancellations, amendments and confirmations.
- Coordinate with guests regarding room availability, rates and booking details.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and update the reservation system.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for smooth guest arrivals.
- Handle guest queries related specifically to reservations.
- Follow up on tentative bookings and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Ensure accurate booking details, payment information and guest preferences.




- Maintain occupancy and reservation-related reports.

Candidate Requirements
- Relevant Resort/Hotel Reservation experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must have hands-on experience specifically in Reservations.
- Valuable communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of hotel/resort reservation procedures and systems.
- Candidates from general sales backgrounds without reservation experience will not be considered.
