We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive with 3+ years of experience in airline ticketing, GDS, and Amadeus. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissue, cancellation, refunds, and fare rules.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight bookings using Amadeus GDS.
- Create and manage PNRs and passenger itineraries.
- Issue, reissue, cancel, void, and refund airline tickets.
- Check flight availability, fares, fare rules, baggage, and seat availability.
- Handle ticket changes, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Provide customers with suitable flight options and fare quotations.
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for booking and ticketing issues.
- Maintain accurate booking and customer records.
- Ensure all ticketing transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide skilled customer service and resolve booking-related queries.

Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in airline ticketing.




- Strong hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international air ticketing.
- Knowledge of reissue, refund, cancellation, void, fare calculation, and fare rules.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings.
- Knowledge of Galileo, Sabre, or other GDSwill be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate
- candidate with 2+ years of experience in Travel Agency / Airline Ticketing / Corporate Travel / OTA.
- Candidates with immediate or short notice period are preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
