We are seeking a Research Associate I to support analytical testing, method development, instrumentation maintenance, and R&D; projects within our Research & Development Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct chemical and material characterization testing using standard laboratory procedures.
- Analyze and interpret test data; prepare technical reports and presentations.
- Support method development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Perform calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of analytical instruments.
- Maintain laboratory safety, data integrity, and quality standards.
- Support research projects through investigative testing and analysis.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry preferred)
with 2+ years of laboratory experience OR B.Sc. with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation and laboratory techniques.
- Solid analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in technical report writing and data analysis.
- Preferred Background: Analytical Chemistry, Specialty Chemicals, Materials, Polymers, Petrochemicals, Rubber/Tire, or Industrial R&D; Laboratories.
