- Research: Conduct scientific research on the latest trends in nutraceutical ingredients, natural compounds, and their physiological effects. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field and integrate new findings into product development.

- Formulation: Develop and validate stable, effective, and scalable formulations by conducting in-vitro and in-vivo testing. Assess and refine formulations based on scientific data and feedback from clinical trials and market research.

- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, regulatory, and quality control departments, to ensure that products meet all internal and external requirements.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all R&D; projects meet regulatory guidelines (e.g., FDA,



EFSA) and international standards for safety and quality. Prepare necessary documentation for regulatory submissions.

- Innovation: Investigate and explore new, sustainable ingredients and emerging technologies that can enhance the effectiveness of nutraceutical products.
