About The Role

We are looking for a Research Analyst – Product & Research to join the investment research team of a leading wealth and asset management group serving HNI and UHNI families.

The role will involve researching and evaluating investment products across Mutual Funds, PMS and AIFs, conducting fund due diligence and peer benchmarking, and supporting wealth managers and advisors with portfolio reviews, client presentations and capital allocation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain research coverage across Mutual Funds, PMSs and AIFs
- Conduct peer benchmarking, product assessment and qualitative fund due diligence
- Monitor performance/alpha across portfolios and fund mandates
- Coordinate with AMCs, PMS providers, AIFs, bankers, wealth managers and product partners
- Support RMs and Advisors with portfolio reviews, client presentations and capital allocation
- Contribute to improving research processes and frameworks for screening and evaluating investment products
- Assess investment products and support the broader product research pipeline

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business
- 2–4 years of experience in investment research,



wealth management or mutual fund analytics
- Strong knowledge of banking and mutual fund instruments
- Exposure to PMS/AIFs is an advantage
- Solid interest in capital markets and investments
- CFA L1+ or relevant finance/investment projects would be an advantage
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Good to Have
- Equity research / mutual fund research experience
- Portfolio advisory experience
- Experience evaluating investment products such as MFDs, PMS and AIFs
- Experience supporting HNI advisory or product functions within a wealth management firm
