Job Summary

?We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to Non-IT recruitment through candidate research, talent mapping, market research, and sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify candidates across Non-IT domains using LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, job boards, and company websites.

Analyze candidate profiles, skills, experience, job titles, and career history.

Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.

Conduct market and talent mapping to support recruitment requirements.

Use Boolean search techniques to identify relevant candidates.

Assist recruiters with candidate identification and research.

Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and Excel.

Prepare candidate lists and research reports.





- Track daily/weekly productivity and stay updated on industry hiring trends.

Requirements

? Strong internet research and analytical skills.

? Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and online search techniques.

? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

? Positive communication skills.

? Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

? Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

? Bachelor’s degree preferred.

? Recruitment research, sourcing, staffing, or market research experience is a plus.

? Knowledge of Boolean search and ATS/CRM systems is preferred.

? Exposure to US recruitment/staffing is an advantage.
