Job Summary

?We are seeking a detail-oriented Research Analyst to Non-IT recruitment through candidate research, talent mapping, market research, and sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify candidates across Non-IT domains using LinkedIn, Indeed, Google, job boards, and company websites.
- Analyze candidate profiles, skills, experience, job titles, and career history.
- Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.
- Conduct market and talent mapping to support recruitment requirements.
- Use Boolean search techniques to identify relevant candidates.
- Assist recruiters with candidate identification and research.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and Excel.
- Prepare candidate lists and research reports.




- Track daily/weekly productivity and stay updated on industry hiring trends.

Requirements

? Strong internet research and analytical skills.

? Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn and online search techniques.

? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

? Good communication skills.

? Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

? Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

? Bachelor’s degree preferred.

? Recruitment research, sourcing, staffing, or market research experience is a plus.

? Knowledge of Boolean search and ATS/CRM systems is preferred.

? Exposure to US recruitment/staffing is an advantage.
