We are looking for an M.Tech/MCA-qualified Technical Trainer to train Engineering and Management students in Full Stack Development (MERN Stack), DBMS, and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA). The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, practical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to deliver industry-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and practical training sessions on MERN Stack, DBMS, and DSA.
- Train students through coding exercises, hands-on projects, lab sessions, and real-world problem-solving.
- Develop training content, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning activities.
- Mentor students in technical projects and improve their programming and problem-solving skills.
- Conduct coding workshops, technical sessions, and industry-oriented skill-development programs.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with current industry technologies and development practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, IT,



or a related discipline – Mandatory.
- Strong expertise in MERN Stack – MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of DBMS, SQL, Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Good programming skills in JavaScript and/or C++/Java/Python.
- Hands-on experience in developing MERN-based applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a easy, practical, and student-friendly manner.

Preferred Experience
- 2+ years of experience in technical training, teaching, or software development.
- Experience training Engineering/MBA/BBA or other undergraduate/postgraduate students will be preferred.
- Experience in conducting coding workshops, projects, or industry-oriented training will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
