[About Mega Evolution]

Mega Evolution is a global startup building an AI-native platform that connects brands and influencers across borders —a marketplace spanning You Tube, Instagram, and Tik Tok. Our team is young, international, and quick-moving, with members across Korea, Japan, the U. S., and Southeast Asia.

As a Product Manager, you'll be working on the core platform itself — the marketplace infrastructure, not a regional market. You'll have real ownership over a product area from day one, at a company where your decisions directly shape what gets built.

[Position Summary]

As a Product Manager at our dynamic startup, you will own product direction across our two-sided marketplace — the creators who supply the work, and the brands who buy it. You'll fully design and work with developers to launch products and features from day one, while partnering closely with our product and developer lead as approver.

[Key Responsibilities]

Own and drive product direction for one named product area independently

Propose and prioritize product initiatives across the wider platform

Break down unfamiliar systems and identify what actually matters, quickly

Reason through second-order effects across both sides of the marketplace

Cut scope deliberately and ship real, finished work





Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and the wider global team

Represent product decisions with clear, evidence-based reasoning

[Work Style & Conditions]

Type: Independent Contractor position (this is a full-time role — Mega Evolution is US-based and our global team is fully remote)

Location: Fully remote, India-based

Work: Mon - Sat, 8 Hours/Day (Flexible – but during the daytime)

Start Date: September-November

Compensation: $1,500-2,100 USD/month

[Job Requirements]

Required Qualifications

~3-4 years of relevant experience preferred (though evidence of shipped work is prioritised)

Native or fluent English proficiency

Demonstrated ability to break down and reason through unfamiliar systems A strong portfolio showing real, shipped work

Comfortable holding a position under pushback, and changing your mind when the argument is better

Reliable internet and a quiet remote workspace

Optional Qualifications (Not Required)

Prior product management experience

Coding ability

Prior creator-economy experience

Fluency with PM tools, frameworks, or certifications
