First 2 to 3 months will be remote from home. After that, relocation to Bareilly office required.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit, train and manage a remote sales team of 200 members - Drive aggressive sales targets for real estate projects - Monitor daily performance and provide coaching to team members - Report directly to management on team KPIs and results Benefits:
