Reltio MDM Developer

Location: PAN India

The Reltio MDM Developer is responsible for configuring, developing, and integrating Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to support high-quality, trusted master data across the enterprise. The role focuses on hands-on Reltio configuration, API development, data ingestion, match & merge rule implementation, survivorship configuration, and end-to-end integration with source and consuming systems. The Developer works closely with Reltio architects, technical leaders, data governance teams, integration specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver a scalable, secure, and reliable MDM platform for customer, product, supplier, or other master data domains.

Responsibilities

- Configure and develop Reltio MDM solutions including data models (entities, relationships, attributes, reference data), match rules, survivorship rules, workflows, and roles/privileges based on business requirements.
- Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines into Reltio using Reltio APIs, Integration Hub, and connectors from source systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, and file/CSV feeds.
- Develop and consume Reltio REST APIs for CRUD operations, search, hierarchy management, match & merge, and downstream data distribution to consuming applications.
- Implement match and merge logic, cleanse rules, standardization, and survivorship strategies to ensure creation of trusted "golden records" across master data domains.
- Design and configure Reltio workflows for data stewardship, potential match resolution, data change approvals, and exception handling.
- Integrate Reltio with upstream and downstream systems using APIs, Kafka/streaming, ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft), and cloud-native integration services on AWS/Azure/GCP.




- Develop and maintain data quality checks, validation rules, and monitoring dashboards to ensure ongoing data integrity within the Reltio tenant.
- Troubleshoot Reltio issues including match anomalies, workflow failures, API errors, load failures, and performance bottlenecks; work with Reltio Support on tenant-level issues.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and support UAT/production releases including hyper-care.
- Collaborate with the Reltio Technical Leader/Architect on solution design, best practices, and documentation of configurations, integrations, and operating procedures.

Required
- Must have total 6+ years in IT and 4+ years of hands-on experience working as a Reltio MDM Developer on production implementations.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Reltio Cloud MDM data modeling (L3 configuration), match rules, survivorship, cleanse functions, reference data, roles & privileges, and workflows.
- Proficient in Reltio REST APIs, Reltio Integration Hub, and Reltio Console/UI configuration.
- Solid programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python for API development, custom cleanse functions, and integration components.
- Strong experience with JSON, XML, and REST/SOAP web services for MDM integrations.
- Hands-on experience integrating Reltio with source/consuming systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, or data lakes using ETL/iPaaS tools (Informatica,



Talend, MuleSoft, Boomi) or streaming platforms (Kafka).
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for source data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Good understanding of MDM concepts – match & merge, survivorship, hierarchies, data stewardship, and golden record management – across customer, product, supplier, or location domains.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for Reltio configuration deployment and integration components.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and privacy/compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA).

Good to Have
- Reltio certifications (e.g., Reltio Certified Skilled – Developer/Configuration).
- Experience with Reltio Integration Hub, Reltio Data Tenant migration, and multi-tenant configuration management.
- Exposure to complementary MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, STIBO, SAP MDG) for migration or coexistence scenarios.
- Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for automated deployment of Reltio configurations.
- Domain exposure to Manufacturing, BFSI, Life Sciences, Retail, or Healthcare master data use cases.

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Ability to work in an Agile delivery model, manage priorities, and deliver against timelines in a client-facing environment.

Educational Qualification
