We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to drive vehicle finance business, specifically in the Commercial Vehicle (CV), Construction Equipment (CE), and Multi-Utility Vehicle (MUV) segments. The role involves leading a team of Direct Sales Team (DST) members, managing dealer and manufacturer relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing and disbursement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle financing, excellent customer orientation, and the ability to manage both direct and indirect sales channels.

The role also includes handling post-disbursement documentation, managing early-stage delinquencies, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of 5–7 DSTs to ensure productivity and performance. Interact with manufacturers, dealers,



and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets to source business. Establish tie-ups with channel partners and associates for sales programs. Develop and manage both direct and indirect sales teams. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan application and disbursement processes. Follow up on infant delinquent cases and manage post-disbursement documents (PDDs).

Drive business growth through catchment area marketing and customer engagement. Maintain solid relationships with customers and ensure high service standards. Monitor team productivity and provide training and support as needed.
