Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer (RO) to drive insurance business through assigned bank branches. The role involves managing branch relationships, generating leads, promoting insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets within the Bancassurance channel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support 2–3 assigned bank branches.

- Build strong relationships with branch managers and bank staff.

- Generate and convert leads into insurance business.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.

- Conduct joint customer meetings and sales activities with bank officials.

- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

- Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.

- Organize branch-level promotional and awareness activities.

- Maintain accurate records and timely reporting.

- Adhere to regulatory and company compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.





- Freshers and candidates with any sales experience can apply.

- Experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Banking, BFSI, NBFC, or Financial Services is preferred.

- Strong communication and relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹320,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
