Relationship Manager – West Region

At IndiaPicture, we help leading brands, agencies and corporates find and create the visual content they need: stock images, video, creative production, licensing and AI-generated content. We work with global partners like Shutterstock.

We're looking for a Relationship Manager to own and grow a portfolio of well-known clients in the West Region. This is not a routine account-servicing job. You'll be a trusted advisor to your clients: you'll understand what they need, bring them the right solutions and grow each account.

Based in Delhi, managing West-region clients.

What You'll Do

- Own relationships with existing corporate, agency and brand clients, and grow them
- Connect with Marketing, Creative, Brand, Digital, Procurement, Corporate Communications and Production teams
- Find cross-sell and upsell opportunities across IndiaPicture, Shutterstock, creative production, AI content and licensing solutions
- Lead client meetings, presentations and solution-focused discussions
- Turn client briefs into the right solutions by working with our internal teams
- Bring inactive accounts back and increase engagement with current ones
- Keep every key opportunity moving with regular follow-ups and explicit next steps

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have

- 3–5 years of experience in B2B relationship management, account management or sales
- Experience in any of these (a big plus): stock content or licensing, photography, video or creative production,



advertising or agency client servicing, MediaTech, MarTech, Creative-Tech, or B2B SaaS sold to marketing and brand teams
- Commercial curiosity: you look past the immediate request and see the bigger opportunity
- Excellent communication skills and confidence with senior stakeholders
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and others) to research accounts, prepare for meetings and spot opportunities faster
- A love of learning new products and technologies

Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹30,000–40,000 per month
- Incentives: Performance-based, on top of your fixed salary

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
