About the Role:

Transparent Capital operates in unlisted shares, Pre-IPO investments, secondary transactions and liquidity solutions. We connect existing shareholders and promoters with buyers through our sourcing, distribution, and transaction execution capabilities.

We work with wealth managers, stockbrokers, wealth houses, family offices, financial intermediaries and institutional participants, with a strong focus on relationships, credibility and honouring commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with HNI clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital channels.
- Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable unlisted share and Pre-IPO investment opportunities.
- Generate revenue by selling unlisted equity and Pre-IPO investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.




- Regularly follow up with clients regarding new investment opportunities and market updates.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to investment closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction details in the CRM system.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in Sales, Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Broking, Financial Services, or Investment Advisory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- Experience dealing with HNI/UHNI clients will be preferred.
- Knowledge of stock markets, unlisted shares, and Pre-IPO investments is an added advantage.
