M-o-M Productivity : Avg of 2.5 Cr
Experience
-Must be from DSA vertical only (No branch banking profiles)
-Strong understanding of LAP (Loan Against Property) and Balance Sheet analysis
-Candidates from HL + LAP (40%-60%) mix can be explored but must be transparent that this is a pure LAP role
-Should be enthusiastic and sales-driven
-Must have complete documentation from all past employers
-Age Limit: Ideally up to 33 years (can go up to 36 in exceptional cases)
-CIBIL score: Minimum 650+
