Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the real estate industry and should be skilled at building strong relationships with clients, understanding their property requirements, and guiding them through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, messages, and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships.
- Follow up consistently and drive lead conversion.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and closures.
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline data in CRM.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in real estate or sales preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Basic knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is an advantage.
- Strong ownership, follow-up, and conversion mindset.
