Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves managing and growing a portfolio of MSME customers by understanding their financial requirements, proposing suitable loan and financial products, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the customer lifecycle.

The Relationship

Manager will conduct regular client meetings, follow up on leads, handle documentation and credit assessment in coordination with internal teams, and support timely disbursals and collections. The role also includes building strong local networks,



maintaining accurate records in company systems, and working closely with branch and credit teams to achieve business and compliance targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid relationship management, customer service, and client communication skills.
- Candidates should possess sales, business development, and negotiation skills relevant to MSME finance.
- Candidates should possess basic financial analysis, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills for credit and compliance processes.
- Candidates should possess planning, time management, and organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts.
- Relevant experience in NBFCs, banks, or MSME lending will be an advantage.
- Graduate degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in local languages and English, along with familiarity with MS Office and digital tools, is beneficial.
- Ability to work ethically within RBI and internal compliance guidelines and to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
