The Mission

We're building an on-ground sales team from scratch in Hyderabad, and you'll be one of its first members. We need someone who knows the city's solar market, can walk into any installer's office and start a conversation, and can turn that conversation into a long-term business relationship. You'll get the tools, the freedom to work your own market, and direct access to leadership.

What you'll do

- Visit installers, EPC contractors, and dealers across Hyderabad to generate leads and close orders
- Build and maintain relationships with partners so they keep coming back
- Explain our offering, pricing, and terms clearly to customers
- Follow up on leads shared by the team and find current ones on your own
- Update daily visits, leads, and follow-ups in the tracker or CRM
- Share feedback from the ground with the leadership team

Requirements





- Based in Hyderabad (must)
- 1–4 years of sales experience in the solar industry (must)
- Hands-on experience with rooftop solar projects, and an understanding of panels, inverters, and system sizing (must)
- Fluent in Telugu and Hindi, with working English
- Comfortable travelling daily to client locations across the city
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence

Bonus

- Existing network of solar installers or EPC contractors in Hyderabad
- Knowledge of PM Surya Ghar, TGREDCO, or net-metering processes
