Relationship Manager – Doctors | India Only (Work From Home, Hindi + English)

What we do

We supply authentic Ayurvedic medicines to doctors across India. Doctors register with us themselves and buy in bulk for their patients. Our job is to make their life easy: explain everything, help with every order, and be a reliable partner they can always call.

Your role

You become the personal manager for our doctors. This is not cold calling. Every doctor you talk to has already registered with us and is waiting to hear from you. You help, you don't push.

- Welcome newly registered doctors and explain how to work with us
- Guide them through ordering: products, prices, delivery, payment
- Discuss bulk orders and discounts
- Stay in touch by phone and WhatsApp, answer questions, solve issues
- Help doctors with repeat orders and grow together with them
- Keep notes on your doctors in our CRM

How we work together

- Full-time, 8-hour working day, most of it on the phone with doctors (work from home)
- We believe in honest, dedicated work. Doctors rely on us, and our team relies on each other.



We are looking for someone who gives their full working day to the role, the same way we give our full support to you
- All calls are recorded, and we listen to them together with you: this is how we train, share feedback and help you grow quickly

What we give you

- Full training from day one. You don't need to know our products in advance, we will teach you everything
- A mentor who supports you, especially during the first weeks
- Fixed salary: USD 800 per month (approx. ₹70,000)
- Plus 5% commission on all purchases of your doctors. Doctors buy in bulk, so your income grows together with your doctors

You are a great fit if you

- Live in India (this role is open to candidates based in India only)
- Speak fluent Hindi and good English (our doctors talk in Hinglish)
- Enjoy talking to people on the phone and are polite and patient
- Are responsible and self-disciplined, and keep your word
- Love Ayurveda or want to learn it
- Have experience in customer relationships, key accounts, pharma, healthcare or tele-calling (a plus, not a must)
- Have a laptop, smartphone, quiet place to work and reliable internet
