- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care at the patient’s home.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, satisfaction, and adherence to clinical protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care as per patient requirements and prescribed care plans.
- Monitor and record vital signs, cardiac status, and pulse oximetry.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Conduct/assist with investigations as required.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records.
- Identify and respond appropriately to emergencies and patient safety concerns.
- Follow infection control, patient safety, and clinical protocols.
- Educate patients and families regarding care, medication, and health management.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, doctors, and the healthcare team.
- Report changes in patient condition, incidents, and other concerns promptly.
- Maintain skilled conduct and demonstrate teamwork and accountability.
