We are now expanding across India and are looking for experienced sales leaders to own RingEmAll’s business growth in their respective cities.

The Role

This is not a conventional sales management position.

As City Business Head, you will essentially own RingEmAll’s growth in your city.

We are looking for someone who already understands the local business ecosystem, has strong relationships with decision-makers and can personally open doors, create opportunities and close enterprise customers.

You will initially be hands-on with business development and sales. As the market grows, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a local sales ecosystem around you.

What You Will Do

- Own RingEmAll’s revenue and business development for your city
- Identify and approach potential enterprise and mid-market customers
- Leverage your existing network to connect with CXOs, business owners and senior decision-makers
- Generate meetings, conduct product presentations and coordinate demonstrations
- Understand customer communication and automation challenges and position relevant RingEmAll solutions
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and closure
- Develop relationships across industries including Hospitality, Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Automotive, Retail,



Financial Services and other B2B sectors
- Build strategic relationships with local business communities, associations and channel partners
- Maintain and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Eventually build and lead a local sales team as the city business expands

Who We Are Looking For

You could currently be a:

Regional Sales Head | Enterprise Sales Head | Business Head | AVP Sales | Enterprise Account Director | Senior Business Development Leader

You should ideally have

- 10 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience
- Strong professional network within your city
- Experience selling technology, SaaS, IT services, telecom, CRM, automation, digital transformation or enterprise solutions
- Existing relationships with business owners, CXOs and senior management
- Demonstrated ability to personally generate and close business
- Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of how AI and automation are changing businesses
- An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a market rather than simply manage incoming leads
