Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Vijayawada. This role is responsible for managing sales operations across the assigned region, including developing and executing regional sales strategies, achieving revenue and volume targets, and expanding the customer base among dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers.

The Regional Sales

Manager will oversee and support the sales team, conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activity, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports. Day-to-day tasks include nurturing key client relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing, coordinating with internal teams for timely deliveries and customer support, and organizing local promotions or trade activities to strengthen brand presence.



The role also involves training and mentoring sales representatives to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

- Strong regional sales management skills, including experience in setting targets, driving business development, and managing sales pipelines.
- Proven ability in relationship management and customer service, with experience engaging dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers.
- Competence in market analysis, territory planning, and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and risks.
- Leadership and team management capabilities, including mentoring, performance tracking, and motivating sales teams to achieve goals.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and close deals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and reporting practices for tracking sales performance and forecasting.
- Prior experience in building materials, wood panels, plywood, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Vijayawada, travel within the region as required, and operate with integrity and professionalism.
